What is your shipping policy?
All Packages are shipped FedEx or Postal Service. Shipping and handling are based on the amount you order (see charts below). In most cases, your order will be processed in 2-3 business days after your order is placed. Some special order items from certain brands may take 7-10 business days to ship from our warehouse once your payment is approved and address is verified .
After your order leaves the warehouse, please allow an additional 48 hrs to start tracking your item as this allows time for the package to be checked into the carrier's tracking system .
Important Note (Shipping)
All times are based on when your order is shipped, not when you place your order. Faster shipping is only a guarantee of delivery days after the package leaves our warehouse, it is NOT a guarantee of total delivery days. Standard processing times apply for ALL orders. If you order items which are not in stock, choosing express shipping will not change when we are able to ship your order.
What is your return policy?
It’s always our Pleasure to make sure you feel perfect, but if you're not satisfied with your merchandise you have 30 days from the date of purchase to receive a refund or a store credit. All items must be returned in new condition with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations for a full refund (minus shipping). Final sale items are not eligible for refund, store credit or refund. We will issue a refund or store credit for merchandise which includes taxes if applied, but not your shipping fee. Shipping and handling fees on purchases are non refundable.
*Unfortunately if there is an issue with size or color you can place a new order or wait for your refund or store credit to be processed.
Please be sure you verify that all merchandise purchased will work for you. We only issue one (RA) Return authorization and one Return label per order.
- Returns will be processed within 14-30 days upon receipt
- All Items must be returned with original tags, packaging with barcodes or return authorization paperwork.
- All items must be returned as a complete set in its original unworn condition. If we do not receive a complete set we will not process your return until we receive the remaining pieces of the set.
- Any items marked final sale are not eligible for refunds, store credit or exchange.
Non-returnable , non-resalable includes but not limited to:
- Pleasurable Perfections does not accept items worn or tattered conditions.
- All Panties are final sale no exceptions
- Men’s underwear are final sale no exceptions
- Body stockings
- Any items marked final Sale are not eligible for refunds or store credit or exchange.
- Items with tags removed
- Items that smell like perfume, body odor, cigarette smoke
- Items that have lotion or glitter
- Items with tags removed
- Hosiery
The items listed are not eligible for returns and will be disposed of without the customer receiving a refund or store credit. Gifts cards are non-refundable or redeemable for cash. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds for store credit.
Return Label Fees
If you use the return label supplied with your (RA) return authorization and you select Return For Refund a $4.00 fee will be deducted from your refund. If you select store credit the label fee will be waived.
Pleasurable Perfections does not supply return labels for orders outside the US. The customer is responsible for shipping back to the supplier. We recommend adding delivery and/or signature confirmation.
What is your exchange policy?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges on our products. We’re sorry! All returned items will be refunded or store credit when items have been received and processed. If you need a different item, size, color you will have to place a new order.
Do you refund shipping charges?
It is our Pleasure to refund eligible merchandise, but we do not refund your shipping charges. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Can I return for an exchange?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer exchanges on our products. We’re sorry! All returned items will be refunded or store credit when they have been received and processed.
Can I return only a portion of an item?
No, all items must be returned as a complete set (as purchased) in the original unworn, unwashed condition and in original packaging.
